Also known as Passion Flower or Passion Vines. Passiflora (passion flower) is an evergreen climber with exotic looking flowers, sometimes followed by brightly coloured fruits. Suited to a sunny sheltered spot in mild regions of the UK, in colder areas it can be grown under cover of a greenhouse or conservatory.

  1. Just the name is enough to draw one to this stunning flower. Such beautiful photos. I look forward to more. I found you on the A to Z Challenge list. See you in April!

  2. Jude, your blog is lovely! I had a passion flower when I lived on the Alabama Gulf Coast in the U.S. It was a beautiful and prolific bloomer that did a great job of hiding an ugly spot at the back of my house.

    1. Thank you for your lovely comment Cheryl. These gorgeous flowers do seem to make a good job of concealing ugly fences very quickly. I must try growing one!
