  1. Splendiferous colors! I’ve never seen rhodo’s this color!! They used to bloom on Michigan State campus, and I have admired them several times during visits at Arlington National Cemetary

    • Isn’t it a beauty? Such a bright tangerine colour. They really do brighten up the day. I should clarify though that these are Azaleas which are part of the rhododendron group, but not the same. You get wonderful oranges and yellows in azaleas.

      • Ah ha – you know, my first though was “those are a lot of blossoms for a rhododendron” but figured since I’d never seen the color they were just a different kind.

        That makes more sense that they are azealas, altho I’ve still never seen that color. Thanks for clarification.

  2. Your azalea looks like it’s on fire! Great colour! How did you post your squirrel photo in the above comment? I’ve never been able to figure out how to do that.
