  1. You’ve got being-in-two-places-at-once disorder! I know you scheduled this, but I recognise a certain displacement that comes from two heart-homes I think. I’m glad I’m not missing out on autumn just because you’re on the verge of summer. And I’m also glad you’re celebrating less dramatic leaves. What are they?

Not identified these yet. May be some kind of birch tree? I love autumn leaves and have so many beautiful colours to post that I couldn’t resist scheduling some whilst I am away. I know it is a little incongruous alongside the southern hemisphere series going on, but in the future I can simply use the menu to look through the different types of flora I post.

Pretty warm in Sydney yesterday and I have definitely misremembered the humidity here. Or else I have become much less tolerant of it.

Yes, they are a design miracle of nature.

  3. Beautiful and golden indeed 🙂

I loitered in the park on the way home. The colours are stunning right now, even though many of them have flown. Bit chilly though 🙂

      I’m kinda dreading ‘chilly’.

Thank you Verena – just read that this is the last week! I do have one more to shove in though. Been nice to see autumn even if I have missed part of it this year 🙂
