Illawarra Flame Tree: Brachyciton acerifolius

Brachychiton acerifolius, commonly known as the Illawarra Flame Tree, is a large tree of the family Malvaceae native to subtropical regions on the east coast of Australia. It is an amazing sight amongst the suburbs of Sydney.
