I’m intrigued by the young hedge, all neat and trimmed flat.

All our hedgerows around here are neatly cropped 🙂
Not good when you get behind the cutting machine on the bendy roads…

Another beautiful one n the series. I bet they are looking forward ot their leaves returning. I feel the cold starkness on their behalf.

I’m getting my bare trees in before the leaves start shooting! I do love the structure of trees unclothed – such intricate or simple shapes are revealed.

  5. I’m drawn immediately in the picture to the flatly trimmed hedges on the ridge for some reason. The tree is marvelous too!

Actually in this image I confess that the composition was focused on the hedgerow as well as the tree!

Another beautiful example of the meticulous hedgerows in England. Bare trees look great in the landscape. Where is this?

This is taken just down the road from where I live Dina. Lots and lots of neat hedgerows in Shropshire 😉
