Plant Portrait: Japanese Anemone

Japanese Anemone (Anemone hupehensis)

Nalinki at Angles and Views has started #flowersoverflowers where we can share our favourite blossoms of the week. It seems like a good idea to spread some blooms across the Internet. I am more than happy to join in.

    1. The ball is another flower centre with a couple of stamens attached. It looks suspended because the petals have all fallen off it. I adore these flowers, can’t stop photographing them so expect to see more!
