Another pretty hardy geranium with silvery pink petals and magenta veins. After a month without the Olympus this is one of my first ones taken with the 60mm macro lens.
Flowers are terribly clever things, aren’t they? I took some photos of our white roses and it wasn’t until I enlarged them that I could see the sparkle.
What a beautiful geranium. I’ve never seen this particular variety or color. And excellent photographic detail, Jude. 🙂
Stunning, & when clicked and zoomed even better, Jude
Yes this one is well-worth enlarging.
What a beautiful little flower – I love it’s shimmery sparkle.
Strange isn’t it that you don’t really notice the sparkle until it is enlarged. In the garden I can’t see it at all.

Exactly 🙂
Wow phenomenal! love the details in the petals.
Thank you 🙂
Your macro shows what I’ve never seen in a geranium petal!
