Beautiful!
Very pretty; that colour is a favourite of mine.
The lipstick red is rather pretty, mine are more burgundy/black/plum coloured or pink! Don’t know how that one slipped in!
Yes, I can see you like these. I don’t know why but I think of them as Granny plants 🙂 🙂 Pretty colour! Is that true? Red is often deceiving.
Becky says she mantioned a meeting at Kew somewhere but I don’t remember seeing it? Mick hates London but I think he’d be grumpy with me if I did Kew without him. 🙂 🙂
Mick can come too . . . we’ll simply banish him momentarily to another tea room or one of the hot houses though when we have our gossip over afternoon tea!!!
btw why Granny plants?!!!
I don’t know. They just seem terribly old fashioned to me. 😦
I bet it’s because Jo only sees them in window boxes or used in municipal gardens. My knowledge of them comes from SA and having dozens of large bushes in the garden. I still think they are cheerful plants and look fab in terracotta pots all grouped together.
I’m with you on this 🙂
I’m with Mick concerning London and Kew!
Maybe we’ll leave you to it and hit the high spots. What do you reckon Becky? X
We should definitely make a date for a London trip 🙂 Alternatively there’s always Winchester 😉
Winchester is a lovely city and Mottisfont close by 😀 Also isn’t there a Hillier garden in the same area?
It is indeed, about 20minute drive from my house 😊
I’m on my way…
Got the kettle on (or would you prefer a gin!!)
You’ve been reading my comments 😉
