Becky from “A life of a 40 something” is posting a flower a day throughout September, in the square format. This is the last day to join in! And thank you Becky for the opportunity to post some of my many flower portraits.

day 30
Gorgeous one to finish on . .. and amazingly we never had the same flower on the same day!
I could keep going on, but probably time for a breather. Hoping to start finding some autumn leaves now!
Turning rapidly here, so hopefully I’ll find time to get out with camera this month!
How gorgeous!
A pretty double peony.
And thanks to you and Becky for having so many beautiful flower portraits to post! ππ·πΉπ₯πΌπΈπΊ
Thank you Anabel π
A grand finale π π
Especially for you!
Thank you, ma’am π π Drops curtsey!
No need to go that far. You might not get back up again!
Good point! π
How’s poor Mick?
Miracle recovery π π A couple of days of anti-inflamatorys usually fixes it. A gentle hobble today. Lunch with Tony and family today (it’s a year tomorrow since Dad died) then driving to Leeds to see how they’re getting on.
The year has gone so fast. Has his house sold yet? Have a lovely lunch sharing happy memories and a safe drive if your weather is anything like ours!
Thank you! It really was a lovely day all round. So nice to meet up! The weather up here was a bit grey and damp but ok for travel so we’ve been to see the lovebirds and all is well there. No, unfortunately we’re still struggling over Dad’s house. Had a good day? π π
Tiring day – everyone round for a late lunch which creates a whole load of washing up! Mischievous cousins causing chaos!!
I’m going to sulk. I’ve already had practice because daylight saving starts today. I don’t want it, and I don’t want no more squares
Oh, no! Sulking is not a pretty sight Meg. I shall find some more squares for you, been taking some on the beach π
So exquisite, Jude. π
